How To Party With Ohloons: A Step-by-Step Guide

Confirm whether your venue permits outside vendors as well as latex balloons in your preferred style and establish the earliest time setup can begin on the day of your event.

Once we receive your request form, we'll get back to you with a price quote within 24 hours. If we need any extra details, we'll be sure to contact you. Just remember, you'll need to "accept" the quote before we can confirm your booking date.

We serve the Capital Region of New York and limited areas of NY's Central Region
We work with a wide range of venues including hotels, banquet halls, restaurants, outdoor spaces, and more.
An on-site consultation is usually required for our custom installs- however, pictures or videos of the space with measurements of the area may be enough depending on the details of your event.
If kept indoors, our air-filled balloons can last a few weeks if cared for properly. For outdoor events, it will depend on the temperature and weather conditions. In hot weather- balloons will last less than a full day. On moderate, fall days in upstate NY, balloons could last up to one week.
We use balloons made of high quality latex in our garlands while most of our centerpieces and stuffed balloons are made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane).
It is very important that latex balloons are recycled of properly. While latex is a naturally occurring substance harvested from plants- the chemicals added in the process to create latex balloons makes them act like plastic in our environment. It takes more than 6 months for a latex balloon to start 'decomposing' and during that time- they pose a serious hazard to wildlife as their bright colors are often mistaken for food. That's why we make it a priority to educate our clients and the public on ways to safely enjoy balloons and it's also why we accept used balloons back to make sure they are recycled after your event is over!
